Creativity expressed through the use of plants and flowers from each of the seasons of the year.

Ikebana is a centenarian technique that comes to us from Japan which, via the understanding of beauty, expressing both balance and harmony, contributes to our own interior learning. Ikebana awakens what each of us are capable of learning about ourselves.

Enjoy a wonderful holiday in Mas Serra-rica, Muntanyola, (Catalonia) surrounded by nature at an altitude of 800 mts., while practicing Integral Yoga.
5-day practical workshop, promoting inner peace and serenity, and a greater body flexibility. The following aspects will be worked on:

1.- Relaxation and the principles of yoga.
2.- Asanas (posture).
3.- Pranayamas (purifying respiration).
4.- Mantras.
5.- Concentration of the spiritual heart.
6.- Meditation.

REIKI is a system of integral healing by means of spiritual energy. The initiation in REIKI creates inner peace and the balancing of mind, emotions, body and spirit, and brings about an expansion of the conscience.
